Emirates General Petroleum Corporation – Emarat, has become the official energy partner of Shabab Alahli Club, after the two parties signed a strategic partnership agreement, so that “Emarat” will join the club’s sponsors for the 2022-2023 sports season.
The agreement was signed at the headquarters of “Emarat”, in the presence of His Excellency Lieutenant General Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, Head of the Sports and Individual Games Sector at Shabab Alahli Club, His Excellency Ali Khalifa bin Shaheen Al Shamsi, Director General of the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation – Emarat, and His Excellency Major General Talal Al-Shanqeeti, Vice President of the Sector. The signing was also attended by Dr. Khaled Al-Zahid, the club’s managing director, Issa bin Sabt, the sports director, in addition to the players Abdullah Al-Naqbi and Yahya Al-Ghassani, and on the part of Emirates Sultan Ahmed Al-Ghafli, Executive Director of the Department of Strategy and Business Development, and Dr. Rahma bin Mohammed Al Shamsi, Executive Director of the Retail Sales Department, Ahmed Abdullah Ahli, Executive Director of the Human Resources Department, and Ali Khalid bin Zayed Al Falasi, Senior Manager of Institutional Loyalty.
This agreement comes as a continuation of the Shabab Alahli Club’s approach to opening new channels of cooperation with various sectors of society, and an affirmation of the importance of integrating roles between sports clubs and national institutions, as part of the efforts aimed at developing Emirati sports, enabling clubs to achieve more achievements, and raising the flag of the United Arab Emirates. the United States in international forums.
Shabab Al-Ahly Club valued the “Emarat” step under the club’s sponsorship for the new season, considering that it is in the direction of joint work that will bring the two sides together, stressing Emarat and the club’s keenness on the success of the partnership to bring the desired benefits to all parties.
For his part, His Excellency Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi, Director General of the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation, said: “As part of our support for the health and well-being of society, we are pleased that (Emarat) is the official energy partner of Shabab Al Ahly Club, one of the largest clubs in the United Arab Emirates.”

His Excellency also stressed that Emarat, as one of the largest energy providers in the UAE, will continue to support national efforts at the state level to promote a healthy lifestyle and promote sports in society.
