Shabab Al Ahli shared spoils with the host Alwasl after their clash in the matchweek 12 of the Arabian Gulf League at Zabeel Stadium on Friday night ended 2-2.
The host took the lead in the first half after Joao Figueiredo scored two goals in the 3rd and 14th minutes. f in the 9th minute Alwasl missed Abdelrahman Salih who was red carded due to a rough challenge.
Shabab Al Ahli came back in the second half following a brace by Carlos Eduardo in the 49th and 56th minutes.
Two teams raised their tally to 16 points in Shabab Alahli in the 8th place and Alwasl in the 9th place.
Shabab Alahli lineup included: Majed Naser, Walid Abbas, Hamdan Alkamali, Yusuf Jaber, Abdelaziz Haikal, Carlos Eduardo, Majed Hassan, Aziz Janief, Harib Abdellah, Mohamed Juma and Igor Jesus.
Ismail Alhammadi, Saeed Ahmed and Ahmed Alhashimi replaced Harib Abdellah, Abdelaziz Haikal and Mohamed Juma.
