Speaking at the pre match press conference, Mahdi Ali, head coach of Shabab Alahli, confirmed his team’s readiness to face Al-Nasr in the matchweek 10 of the ADNOC Professional League, at Al Maktoum Stadium on Sunday at 8:15
He stated that the match is very important against Al-Nasr which is considered one of the best clubs in the league, expecting tough match between two big teams, confirming that each team will do the best to win.
Mahdi spoke about the break during FIFA days, he said: “during the break we had the chance to prepare our players who are not playing regularly, also some young players participated in the friendly match. On the other hand, we missed the national team players.”
The coach pointed out that Omar Abdel Rahman continued training with the team and participated in the last friendly match against Dibba Al-Hisn, noting that Amouri will be available for the next match, on the other hand Majed Hassan and Ahmed Khalil will miss the match.
