Shabab Alahli will host Iran’s Tractor at 8:00 PM tomorrow, Monday, at Rashid Stadium, in the opening matcheerk of the AFC Champions League Elite.
Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Shabab Alahli head coach André Jardine highlighted the team’s ambition and strong desire to make an impact in the Asian competition, expressing his excitement ahead of the opening game against the Iranian side.
Jardine explained that the team’s objective is to go further in this important competition, adding that they are working to address their shortcomings and improve their overall performance following a period affected by injuries. He stressed that Shabab Alahli’s ambitions remain high and that the team will compete for every trophy this season.
Describing the competition as highly competitive, Jardine said: “it brings together the best teams in Asia.
