New signing Yahya Algassani assured Shabab Alahli made their return to winning ways, scoring the lone goal against Alnasr in the matchweek 13 of the Arabian Gulf League, played at Rashid Stadium Friday night.
The result saw Shabab Alahli move to the 6th place in the league table with 19 points, while Alnasr is the 4th with 24 points.
The two teams played goalless draw in the first half, after five minutes from second half kickoff Yahya Agassani received a pass from Cartabia and sent the ball to the back of the net to give his new team three valuable points.
Speaking at the post match press conference, Mahdi Ali Shabab Alahli head coach stated that his team earned well deserved win, adding that they need this winning to raise the moral of the team, praising the effort done by the players, sending his thanks to all team members.

The second half witnessed three substitutions as Walid Hussein, Cartabia and Yahya Algassani were replace by Abdellahl Alnaqbi, Mohamed Juma and Saeed Ahmed.
