Shabab Alahli head coach Rodolfo Arruebarrena stated that his team deserved to win Fujairah in the 2nd matchweek of the Arabian Gulf League played on Friday at Rashid Stadium. Speaking at the post match press conference the coach congratulated his team and praised the efforts of his players for giving their best to secure the three points.
Rodolfo disclosed that his team was the better side in the first 20 minutes, “we controlled the match and scored two goals, in the last minutes of the first half our opponent scored to narrow the gap, but we were able to come back soon to finish the game”. Said Rodolfo.
The coach expressed his happiness with the performance of the team, indicating that the back line was in form as well as the front and midfield, sending his thanks to the players, calling upon them to keep on fighting in the next matches.
