Our head coach Leonardo Jardim stressed the importance of Al-Wahda match in the 16th matchweek of ADNOC Professional League, at Al Nahyan Stadium at 8:15 on Friday, indicating that the opponent has good players, and added a number of local and foreign players in the current registration period.
He said, “We realize that Al-Wahda is a strong and organized team, and they are like Shabab Alahli, looking to win and collect more. We play all the matches with the same goal; our focus is currently on the next match, and we are looking forward to win.”
The coach said that he has faith on all players, and keen to preparing the players on the team’s list at the present time and working to treat the injured so that they can be ready to help the team.
On the other hand, our player Federico Cartabia considered the match as important, between two big teams having same ambition, pointing out that each team seeks to collect more points, expecting a high-level match from the two teams.
He said, “We are going to Al -Wahda match in order to win. We will do everything we have to get the required result.”
