Mahdi Ali: looking forward to achieve positive result

Speaking at the prematch press conference, Mahdi Ali, Shabab Alahli head coach, stressed the importance of the match against Hatta in the matchweek 17th of the Arab Gulf League, at Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Stadium, at 8:15 pm on Thursday, stating that the team is looking forward to achieving a positive result in away match.

Mahdi Ali admitted that the game will not be easy against a good opponent, as Hatta strengthened their squad by signing number of new players, beside registering important win last week  that helped in raising the morale of the team.

The coach stated that the match against Hatta comes after draw against Al-Wahda following series of wins, hoping that it would be an opportunity to return to the winning ways.

“Everyone knows that teams play under great pressure, as we play about eight matches a month, and therefore it is difficult to do much during training. We are accustomed to this and we know how to deal with this situation. ”

Hamdan Al-Kamali who accompanied the coach said: We realize the importance of the match and keen to achieve a positive result. We hope to continue good performance and win against a strong opponent like Hatta at their ground”.
