Paulo Sousa, head coach of Shabab Al Ahli, began his pre-match press conference ahead of the game against Al Ahli KSA by congratulating Al Ahli on the outstanding season they delivered last year. He noted that they are facing the defending champions of AFC Champions League and expressed his happiness to compete against a big and well-organized team.
He said: “the match is against a team that is disciplined performance and results, which demands a lot from us in the upcoming challenge. I am extremely proud of what our team has delivered so far and of the responsibility the players show in every match.”
