Shabab Alahli returned to the winning ways after beating Bani Yas 1-0, at Bani Yas Stadium in matchweek 17 of the Arabian Gulf League.
Ahmed Khalil scored the lone goal from penalty spot in the 9th minute, to give his side valuable three points, Shabab Alahli raised its tally to 39 points in the top of the league table while Bani Yas sit ninth with just 20 points.
Shabab Alahli is still of 5 points away from Alain which is in the second spot with 34 points.
