Shabab Alahli and Al Wahda shared the spoils after goalless draw in the second round of the ADNOC Professional League, Shabab Alahli raised its tally to four points.

Shabab Alahli registered first win in the Adnoc pro league season 2025-2026 over Al Dhafra 2-0 to collect three points, goals scored by Guilherme Bala and Renan Victor.

Our head coach Paulo Sousa spoke about the first round of the ADNOC Pro League match against Al Dhafra at Rashid Stadium at 6:05 PM on Saturday. He explained that the team is kicking off a new season after an extraordinary camp, which places a greater responsibility on them to continue working hard.
The coach noted that Al Dhafra is a good team with ambition, led by a coach with extensive experience in various leagues. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received Shabab Al Ahli football team at Zabeel Palace in recognition of their outstanding performance during the 2024–2025 sports season, in which they secured four titles.

His Highness congratulated the players, technical and administrative staff, as well as board members on a season crowned with multiple achievements. The reception was attended by His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the UAE, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

His Highness said that the sports sector is essential to the UAE’s development strategy, contributing to human progress and strengthening the country’s position internationally. He emphasised that the leadership’s continued support for the sector reflects a strong belief in sport to nurture role models, instil values, and shape a confident, ambitious generation.

Sheikh Mohammed also reaffirmed the leadership’s support for athletes and clubs to help them excel on the global stage. He stressed that sports clubs should serve as platforms for developing champions, both in term skill and character.

The Dubai-based team clinched 4 titles with a commanding performance throughout the season, including their ninth UAE Pro League championship, UAE President’s Cup for the 11th time, the UAE Super Cup, and the UAE-Qatar Super Cup.

HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Shabab Al Ahli Club, crowned the first team with the ADNOC pro league trophy after the end of the final match in the season at Mohamed bin Zayed stadium.
Shabab Alahli won Al Jazira 2-1 and goals scored by Luka from penalty spot and Munas Dabbur.

Our head coach Paulo Sousa expressed his respect for Dibba Al Hisn, the next opponent in the 25th matchweek of ADNOC Professional League. He explained that this will be the last home match before the end of the season and will be an opportunity to celebrate the title with the fans who have supported the players throughout the current season.

Shabab Al Ahli Club was crowned champions of the U-21 League after defeating Al Dhafra with a score of 4-2 in their final match of the competition, held this evening.

Shabab Al Ahli’s goals were scored by Ghaith Abdullah (2 goals), Abou Ibrahima Konaté (1 goal), and Nayef Ahmed (1 goal).

The UAE Football Association awarded the Shabab Al Ahli team — including the technical and administrative staff and players — with the league trophy and gold medals, in the presence of club officials.

Shabab Al Ahli secured the title with a total of 56 points throughout the competition, winning 18 matches, drawing 2, and losing 2, with the team scoring 71 goals during the tournament.

Shabab Al Ahli the champions and Al Nasr Shared the Spoils after 1-1 draw on Tuesday night at Al Maktoum Stadium, in the Matchweek 24 of the ADNOC Pro League.

Home team scored first and Munas Dabbur equalized for Shabab Al Ahli in 73th minute, Shabab Al Ahli raised its tally to 57 points, while Al Nasr move to 35 in seventh place.

Speaking at the prematch press conference for the president’s cup final, our head coach Paulo Sousa expressing his happiness at being in the final of the most prestigious competition in UAE. He explained that there is nothing more exciting for football fans than watching two big teams in the final.

The coach explained that the two teams know each other well, having met six times this season. He described Sharjah as a good team, led by an experienced coach wishing him success with UAE national team.

He said: “Our team has a winning mentality. We are striving to win another title this season. To achieve this goal, we must have passion and courage, focus more on all levels, and avoid mistakes.

 

Our player Guilherme Bala, who accompanied the coach at the press conference, described tomorrow’s match against Sharjah in the President’s Cup final as a complicated game, noting that the two teams know each other very well. Al Wahda and Shabab Al Ahli shared spoils after 2-2 draw on Sunday at Al Nahyan Stadium, in a rescheduled Matchweek 16 of the ADNOC Pro League.

Al Wahda took the lead in the 11th minute, Al Wahda doubled their lead in the 40th minute through Sasa Ivkovic.

Saeid Ezatolahi deficit the gap for Shabab Al Ahli in the added-on time of the first half which ended  2-1.

Sardar Azmoun brought them level with a powerful finish in the 54th minute.

The result saw Shabab Al Ahli strengthen their lead at the top, reaching 56 points, and Al Wahda 38 points.

 

Shabab Al Ahli coach Paulo Sousa explained that preparations for the match against Al Wahda in the 23rd round of the ADNOC Pro League focused on the players’ recovery after the last match against Khorfakan, adding that this will help them to make the best tactical and strategic decisions and continue their hard work to win matches.

Shabab Al Ahli extended their lead at the top of the ADNOC Pro League’s table raising its tally to 55 points after a big 4-0 win over Khorfakkan in matchweek 22 at Rashid Stadium.

Munas Dabbur opened the score in the 38^th minute to put Shabab Al Ahli in front.

The substitute Sardar Azmoum cemented the Dubai-based side lead when he towered above Khorfakkan’s defense to head in Yuri Cesar’s cross, while Kauan Santos Silva added in the 66th minute.
