Speaking at the prematch press conference, our head coach Mahdi Ali, stated that he respects Alwasl and know that they will face strong opponent and the match will be tough, when two teams meet in the 5th matchweek of ADNOC Prof League, at Zabeel Stadium at on Tuesday.

The coach revealed that his team had not trained fully since the beginning of the league due to absence of the national team players, indicating that the team played two difficult games against Sharjah and Al Wahda, and will face big teams in the next two rounds, Al Jazeera and Al Ain.

Mahdi disclosed that the continuous change in the team’s lineup is necessary, since the team is participating in five competitions, he said: “We need all players to be ready, we are trying to give chances to all of them”.

Regarding the next break following Alwasl match, Mahdi said: “We have a pre-set program, we will play a friendly match on October 12, and we plan to use this period to prepare the team well.”

Our rising star Mohamed Jumaa Eid who accompanied the coach at the press conference said: “the match is very important for us, and we are looking forward to getting the three points, will fight hard to achieve the desired result. We will do our best throughout 90 minutes and will give all what we have to make our fans happy”.

speaking at the prematch press conference heading to 5th matchweek of Adnoc pro league at Al Nahyan stadium on Thursday, Mahdi Ali the head coach of Shabab Alahli stressed the importance of the match against Alwahda one of the strong teams in the league.

Mahdi explained that his team is progressing, and the performance is getting better, noting that they underwent recovery session after Sharjah match and will resume training today.

Shabab Alahli and Al-Orouba shared spoils after draw 1-1 in 3th matchweek of ADNOC Professional League, at Fujairah Stadium on Saturday.

The result saw that, Shabab Alahli in the third place with seven points, while Al-Oruba, collected their first point in the bottom of the table.

Shabab Alahli started the match with massive striker searching for an early, the first serious attempt came in the 22nd minute from the Iranian Ahmed Nour Allah, with a powerful shot from outside the box that hit the crossbar and pounced to Igor headed in the hands of the goalkeeper.

After several attempts Shabab Alahli succeeded to open the score through the Brazilian Carlos Eduardo in 28th.eleven minutes from visitor’s goal Ahmed Moussa scored the equalizer for the host.

Shabab Alahli to start league against Emirates FC

Shabab Alahli will start their Arab Gulf League campaign for the new sports season 2021-2-22 by facing the newly promoted Emirates FC, in the first matchweek on t 19 and 20 August, according to the draw conducted by the UAE Professional League, our team will play against Ajman in the 2nd matchweek on 25 or 26 August.

The league matches will continue in September 2021, with four matchweeks, on 10 and 11, 16, 17 and 18, 23 and 24, 28 and 29 September, followed by the national team gathering, while two rounds will be played in October 21, 22 and 23, and October 28 and 29.

Shabab Alahli clinch their 10th title in the President’s cup, after defeating Al Nasr 2-1 in the final at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.

Shabab Alahli U-21 team was crowned champion of the Arab Gulf League U-21 years, after toping the league table with 56 points.

Shabab Alahli won the title one round before the end of the competition, when they beat Al Wasl 2-1, while the team members received the cup and gold medals after the last match in the competition against Al-Nasr, which ended 1-1 at Maktoum Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Stadium.

The crowning ceremony took place in the presence of Ibrahim Abdul-Malik, vice chairman of Shabab Alahli football company, Issa bin Sabt and Antar Marzouq.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Mahdi Ali described the next match as very important for his team, pointing out that in the last match they missed 5 clear chances, while AGMK scored from two chances in the last minutes, hoping that Shabab Alahli can recover and do it tomorrow.

Shabab Alahli came from behind to beat Fujairah 3-2 at Rashid Stadium in matchweek 23 of the Arabian Gulf League on Friday.

Fujairah took the lead earlier just two minutes after the kiack off and added second goal in 31st minute.

Igor Jesus deficit the gap by scoring first goal for the host six minutes before the break. Seven minutes after restart Shabab Alahli equalized through Mohamed Juma.

Saeed Ahmed added the second goal for Shabab Alahli in the 28th minute from an easy pass that he received from Muhammad Juma, Saeed Ahmed appeared again inside the area to score his second personal goal and the third for his team in 50th minute.

Gerard Zaragosa the head coach of Shabab Alahli assured that his team is ready for the next match against Khorfakan in the matchweek 5 of the Arabian Gulf League on Sunday at Khorfakan Stadium.

Speaking at the prematch press conference the coach stated that it is good to prepare for the next match after winning last week, pointing out that Khorfakan is a good team, they won Alain in the cup and against Alwahda it was not easy game.

Shabab Alahli back to the winning ways after beating Hatta 3-0 in the matchweek 4 of the Arabian Gulf League at Shabab Al Ahli Stadium in Al Awir.

Thanks to the 19 years old Brazilian Igor Jesus who scored hat-rick to give Shabab Alahli their second win in the league, the result helped Shabab Alahli to move to the 4th place with 8 points.

20 minutes from of the kickoff Igor Jesus opened the score for the home side, after receiving cross ball from Heldon Ramos inside the box.

After the break Shabab Alahli continued striking, and Heldon Ramos crossed the ball again to Igor inside the box to score the second goal in 51th minute, two minutes later the young Brazilian completed the hat-rick from Aziz Ganiev’s perfect cross.

From his side Shabab Alahli player Majed Hassan stated that, the new season will be one of the toughest seasons, and most of the team will do their best to compete, after they singed good players and prepared themselves well.

Majed expressed his happiness for coming back to football, indicating that the preparations went well, under the new ambitious coach, promising to do the best they have to make the fans happy.

In the presence of His Excellency Saeed Muhammad Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority “DEWA” and Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Mai Dubai”, and His Excellency Major General / Mohammed Ahmed Al-Marri, Member of the Board of Directors of Shabab Alahli Club, Shabab Alahli Club and Mai Dubai Company have renewed the strategic partnership agreement that binds two sides together.

Under the agreement, Mai Dubai will become the Official Water Sponsor of Shabab Al Ahli in the next sports season 2020-2021.

His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer expressed his pride to renew the sponsorship agreement with Shabab Alahli Club, which has a track record of achievements and victories locally, in the GCC, and regionally.

His Excellency Al Tayer said: “In Mai Dubai, DEWA’s wholly-owned subsidiary, we have adopted a strategy of excellence, which is a shared common value with Shabab Al Ahli Dubai Club, where Mai Dubai brand has witnessed remarkable success compared to other water companies”.

He added: “We were able in a short period of time to achieve rapid spread locally and regionally and secured our name on the list of the fastest growing companies in UAE”.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Engineer Waleed Ali bin Salman, Vice Chairman of Mai Dubai, Dr Khaled Mohamed Alzahed Shabab Alahli club manager and Alexander Vat Riet the Chief Executive Officer of Mai Dubai.

On the other hand, His Excellency / Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, stated that this agreement with Mai Dubai is a continuation of the strong relationship between the club and one of the leading national companies that contributed much to the development of Dubai city, adding that the two sides are keen to strengthen this relationship in a way that benefits both parties.

He thanked the management of Mai Dubai, for their keenness to support the sports sector in the United Arab Emirates in general, and Shabab Alahli Club in particular, pointing out that this cooperation reflects the common interest in implementing the directives of the wise leadership of the UAE in supporting sports institutions and the development of athletes

Shabab Alahli meets with DSC and Dubai Police

Shabab Alahli Club, Dubai Sports Council and Dubai Police held a coordination meeting at Rashid Stadium on 6 July, to discuss practical steps for the return of sports fans to stadiums, and the application of necessary precautionary measures in the stadium.

It was agreed to implement the social distance between the fans in the stands, club officials and administrators, in addition to some measures aimed at protecting players and technical staff of the teams.

The social distance will be applied in all stadium facilities starting from the car parking, the VIP area and fans seats, as well as in training centers inside the gym.

With regard to the players they have to use one door for entry and another different door for exit, beside wearing their full sport equipment.
